In der Nähe des Canal du Nivernais, in der IGP Charolais de Bourgogne, begrüßen wir Sie auf unserem Betrieb, um Ihnen unseren schönen Beruf als Landwirt sowie unsere Hofprodukte aus Rind- und Kalbfleisch unter der Mutter vorzustellen. Unsere Charolais- und Normandie-Rinder erwarten Sie, um gemeinsam mit Ihnen einen schönen Moment zu verbringen.
Sie können beim Saugen der Milchkälber dabei sein und mehr über das Leben auf dem Bauernhof erfahren. Sie sind zu jeder Tageszeit willkommen, allerdings ist eine Reservierung erwünscht, damit wir Ihren Besuch bestmöglich organisieren können. Wir halten uns an die Charta der guten Tierhaltungspraxis, um das Wohlbefinden unserer Tiere zu gewährleisten.
Auf dem Hof produziertes Fleisch: Rindfleisch (10 kg-Kiste: Steak und falsches Filet, Roastbeef, Bourguignon); Kalbfleisch aus Mutterkuhhaltung (8 kg-Kiste: Schnitzel, Rippchen, Braten, Blanquette).
