Dieser Ort am Ausgangspunkt der Wanderungen zum Croix de Buzy hat seinen Platz in einer ehemaligen Schäferei aus dem 19. In den 1990er Jahren wurde sie renoviert, um eine Crêperie ins Leben zu rufen. Heute ist es das Restaurant und Teestube "L'étable d'Ossau", das sich auf diesem Weg niedergelassen hat. Restaurant, in dem lokale Produkte im Vordergrund stehen und das von einem schönen Blick auf die Pyrenäen profitiert. Einheitliches Menü: 3 kleine Vorspeisen zum Teilen, ein Hauptgericht pro Gast und ein Dessert nach Wahl aus zwei süßen Vorschlägen oder dem Käseteller. L'étable d'Ossau bietet Ihnen auch Gerichte zum Mitnehmen an. Empfang für verschiedene Veranstaltungen (Hochzeit, Geburtstag, ?). Reservierung erforderlich.
