Aan de poort van de Ossauvallei, bij de Croix de Buzy, op 8 km van Arudy, wacht het restaurant Etable d'Ossau op je voor een gastronomische pauze.
Het restaurant ligt aan het begin van de Croix de Buzy wandelingen en is gevestigd in een voormalige 19e-eeuwse schaapskooi. In de jaren 1990 werd het gerenoveerd om er een crêperie van te maken. Vandaag de dag is het restaurant en tearoom "L'étable d'Ossau" dat zich aan deze weg heeft gevestigd. Het restaurant biedt lokale producten en een prachtig uitzicht op de Pyreneeën. Enkel menu: 3 kleine voorgerechten om te delen, een hoofdgerecht per gast en een dessert naar keuze uit twee zoete suggesties of het kaasplateau. L'étable d'Ossau biedt ook afhaalmaaltijden. We cateren ook voor verschillende evenementen (bruiloften, verjaardagen, enz.). Reserveren verplicht.
