Im Herzen eines Bauernhofs gelegen, öffnet sich die mit einer Glyzinie verzierte Fassade auf einen Bereich, der halb aus Gras mit dem Klettergerüst und halb aus Hof (ideal zum Boulespielen) besteht, und der von den Wohnräumen aus ebenerdig zugänglich ist.
