Das Chalet l'Hermine liegt in den Atlantischen Pyrenäen im Berggebiet der Region Béarn im Herzen des Vallée d'Ossau. Es ist nicht nur ein Restaurant, das traditionelle Landküche anbietet, sondern auch ein Ort der Geselligkeit, des Austauschs und der Beratung über die Ausübung von Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit den Bergen.
Spezialitäten: "Blanquette de veau" (Kalbsragout) und "Charlotte greuil-myrtille" (Charlotte Greuil-Heidelbeere).
