Das südlich von Auch am Eingang der mit dem CittaSlow-Label ausgezeichneten Bastide de Mirande gelegene ehemalige Herrenhaus, das von Henri Maupas, einer Symbolfigur und einem talentierten Koch, der ein großer Verfechter der Gastronomie des Gers war, in ein Hotel-Restaurant umgewandelt wurde, wurde vor kurzem von seinem Enkel übernommen, der, ohne die Seele des Ortes zu verraten, neuen Schwung einbringt.
Die Zimmer wurden vollständig in einem zeitgenössischen Stil renoviert
Patricks Küche ist eine traditionelle und geschmackvolle Küche aus hochwertigen Produkten und steht ganz in der Tradition des Lokals.
