Situé au sud d'Auch à l'entrée de la Bastide de Mirande, labellisée CittaSlow, cette ancienne maison de maître transformée en hôtel-restaurant par Henri Maupas, figure emblématique et cuisinier de talent, grand défenseur de la gastronomie gersoise vient d'être repris par son petit-fils qui, sans trahir l'âme du lieu, apporte un nouvel élan.
Les chambres ont été entièrement rénovées dans un style contemporain.
La cuisine de Patrick est une cuisine traditionnelle et goûteuse à base de produits de qualité et s'inscrit dans la tradition de l'établissement.
