Gelegen ten zuiden van Auch bij de ingang van de Bastide de Mirande, is dit voormalige herenhuis omgebouwd tot hotel-restaurant door Henri Maupas, een emblematische figuur en getalenteerde chef-kok, een groot verdediger van de gastronomie van de Gers, onlangs overgenomen door zijn kleinzoon die, zonder de ziel van de plek te verraden, een nieuwe impuls geeft.
De kamers zijn volledig gerenoveerd in een eigentijdse stijl
De keuken van Patrick is traditioneel en smakelijk, gebaseerd op kwaliteitsproducten en in overeenstemming met de traditie van het etablissement.
