La Grange Lucien verfügt über einen beheizten Außenpool und befindet sich in Saint-Avertin vor den Toren von Tours. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Region zu erkunden.
Die ehemalige Scheune des Familienweinguts wurde im Jahr 2020 in zwei komfortable Ferienwohnungen für 2 bis 3 Personen mit Terrasse umgebaut.
Fabrice und Maryse bieten Ihnen einen kostenlosen Wi-Fi-Anschluss (Glasfaser), Klimaanlage, Fahrradverleih, einen Privatparkplatz im geschlossenen Hof und eine Fahrradgarage.
Sie brauchen sich nur noch einzurichten und die Ruhe vor den Toren der Stadt Tours zu genießen!
