Bei uns ist das, was nicht bio ist, zwangsläufig lokal, aus nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft. Wir treffen uns immer mit dem Erzeuger, bevor wir seine Produkte verkaufen, um zu sehen, wie er arbeitet, um ihn kennenzulernen und um zu sehen, ob er unsere Werte teilt.
