3 km vom Zentrum von Ussel, einer großen Einkaufsstadt in der Haute-Corrèze, entfernt liegt diese ehemalige Backstube, die in ein Wohnhaus umgewandelt wurde, auf einem schönen, geschlossenen Grundstück, das mehreren Häusern, darunter ein weiteres Ferienhaus für 5 Personen, gemeinsam ist. Es besteht im Erdgeschoss aus einer Küche (Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle) und einem Schlafsofa (TV). Einige Stufen führen zum Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC; einige weitere Stufen führen zu einem großen Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 140 cm) unter dem Dach. Die Waschmaschine ist in einem kleinen Raum neben dem Haus untergebracht. Das Ganze ist einfach, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Stärke dieses Hauses ist seine Lage inmitten der Natur mit einem weiten Blick auf den Horizont und der Nähe zu den Dienstleistungen, die eine Stadt bieten kann... nur schöne Spaziergänge in Aussicht!
