Dort, wo sie sich während ihrer Kochausbildung in den Niederlanden kennenlernten, entstand nicht nur ihre Liebe füreinander, sondern auch der Traum, ein eigenes Restaurant zu eröffnen. Die Besitzer Kim und Rob Kuik haben die Türen ihres Gasthauses im Mai 2023 geöffnet.
Küchenchef Rob hat viel Erfahrung mit der französischen Küche. Seitdem hat er seinen eigenen raffinierten Stil entwickelt. Rob arbeitet ausschließlich mit frischen und lokalen Produkten. Restaurantleiter Kim ist das Gesicht des Restaurants. Ihre Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft hat sich im Laufe der Jahre entwickelt. Dadurch fühlt sich der Gast in ihrem Restaurant schnell zu Hause.
