Quando si sono incontrati durante la loro formazione di chef nei Paesi Bassi, non solo è nato il loro amore reciproco, ma anche il sogno di aprire un ristorante tutto loro. I proprietari Kim e Rob Kuik hanno aperto le porte della loro locanda nel maggio 2023.
Rob è uno chef con una vasta esperienza nella cucina francese. Da allora ha sviluppato un proprio stile raffinato. Rob lavora esclusivamente con prodotti freschi e locali. La direttrice del ristorante Kim è il volto del ristorante. La sua passione per l'ospitalità si è sviluppata nel corso degli anni. Questo fa sì che i clienti si sentano subito a casa nel suo ristorante.
