Auberge Chambonchard, Franse keuken met een luxe, eigentijdse twist.
Waar ze elkaar ontmoetten tijdens hun koksopleiding in Nederland, werd niet alleen hun liefde voor elkaar geboren, maar ook de droom om hun eigen restaurant te openen. Eigenaren Kim en Rob Kuik openden de deuren van hun herberg in mei 2023.
Rob is een chef-kok met uitgebreide ervaring in de Franse keuken. Inmiddels heeft hij zijn eigen verfijnde stijl ontwikkeld. Rob werkt uitsluitend met verse, lokale producten. Restaurant Manager Kim is het gezicht van het restaurant. Haar passie voor gastvrijheid heeft ze door de jaren heen ontwikkeld. Dit zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich snel thuis voelen in haar restaurant.
