Die Ferme de Lanneplan ist ein traditioneller Bauernhof in Chalosse. Die Brüder Claude und Jean-Marc Lamothe züchten dort Gänseherden und einige Schafe. In ihrem Zerlegebetrieb verarbeiten sie die Tiere dann zu wunderbaren Produkten, die einer Festtafel würdig sind: weiche Konfitüren, sehr feine Foie gras, Pasteten... Der Laden ist von Montag bis Samstag geöffnet.
