La Barrat besteht aus drei hübschen Steinhäusern, die sehr gut ausgestattet und alle im Perigourdin-Stil restauriert wurden. Die Lage der Ferienhäuser ist so gewählt, dass die Privatsphäre und die Unabhängigkeit jedes Einzelnen gewahrt bleiben. Der weitläufige Park mit seinen Bäumen (über 10 ha) und Blumenflächen trägt zu dieser fröhlichen und zugleich friedlichen Atmosphäre auf dem Land bei.
