Im Herzen des malerischen Dorfes Saint-Auvent, auf einem 4000m2 großen Grundstück, wurde die ehemalige Dorfschule geschmackvoll restauriert und bietet neben 2 Ferienwohnungen ("Le Maître" und "La Récré") diese 2 Gästezimmer, die an das Wohnhaus des Eigentümers angrenzen. "La Cabane" besteht aus einem geräumigen Zimmer mit zwei 90 cm breiten Betten für 2 Personen, einem Badezimmer und einer kleinen privaten Terrasse mit eigenem Eingang. "La Petite Ecolière" befindet sich im ehemaligen Haus der Schullehrerin und teilt sich den Eingang mit 1 Gîte. Sie nimmt den ersten Stock ein und bietet 2 geräumige Zimmer, eines davon mit ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer.
