L'Odyssée de Jules bietet etwa 15 Gerichte auf der Schiefertafel an (die regelmäßig wechselt). Außer denen, die den Erfolg der Brasserie Jules ausmachen: Fischsauerkraut, Frikassee von Kalbsnieren und Bries oder die Terrine von der Jules-Ente mit Gänseleber... Teller, die man genießen kann, während man die Starts und Landungen der Flugzeuge, aber auch der Hubschrauber beobachtet, deren Landebahn sich direkt vor den Glasfenstern befindet.
