Das Haus liegt in einem Viertel, das 2 km von der Bäckerei entfernt ist. Die Nähe zu Mont-de-Marsan (15 Minuten) bietet Ihnen alle Dienstleistungen der Stadt (Geschäfte, Kultur, Sport usw.).

2 Fahrräder können ausgeliehen werden und Sie haben Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen oberirdischen Holzpool (7m x 4m) ohne Gegenüber. Haustiere sind unter bestimmten Bedingungen erlaubt.
