Das Hôtel de France Restaurant Cassoulet in Castelnaudary empfängt Sie in seinem neuen Rahmen und stellt Ihnen 17 voll ausgestattete Zimmer (mit Bad oder Dusche, separater Toilette, DVB-T-TV, Canal +, WIFI) und seine große geschlossene Garage zur Verfügung.
Die Einrichtung ist sensibel für Fragen der nachhaltigen Entwicklung in Bezug auf Energieeinsparung, sparsamen Umgang mit Wasser und Mülltrennung.
Die Einrichtung ist 100 Jahre alt und wurde von vielen Berühmtheiten besucht, wie das Gästebuch aus den 1930er Jahren beweist. Man kommt übrigens nicht umhin, unter anderem Sacha Guitry zu zitieren, der sagte: "Das Cassoulet de Castelnaudary war so gut, dass ich, als ich es aß, glaubte, mich selbst zu essen!"
