In 6 km Entfernung gibt es einen Wald, in dem Sie schöne Spaziergänge machen können, und ein Fluss fließt 6 km vom Haus entfernt. Ein Freizeitsee mit Strand ist 10 km entfernt. Besuchen Sie auch die wunderschönen Schlösser und Weingüter an der Loire, das Futuroscope, Puy de Fou und Les Trois-Moutiers. Im großen und hohen Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine schöne offene Küche mit u. a. einem Geschirrspüler und einem Backofen. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsgarten und Sie können sich auf der privaten Terrasse im Freien entspannen. Eine private Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Es gibt Wi-Fi im Haus und ein Haustier ist erlaubt.
