Das charmante Haus "Laubie" liegt auf den Höhen eines kleinen Dorfes (Saint-Jean de Duras) im Norden des Departements Lot-et-Garonne, 35 Minuten von Bergerac, 20 Minuten von Monbazillac und 30 Minuten von Marmande entfernt.
Dieses Haus wurde vollständig von mir gebaut und dekoriert, mit einem wunderschönen, traditionell geschnitzten Dachstuhl. Es bietet Ihnen angenehme und erholsame Momente mit seinem freien Blick und ist von Weinbergen, einem Pool und einem grünen Außenbereich umgeben.
