Das Maison de Patagiles ist ein idealer Zwischenstopp auf dem Voie Verte entlang des Canal Latéral à la Garonne zwischen Bordeaux und Toulouse. Es befindet sich im Herzen des Dorfes Le Mas-d'Agenais, eines der ältesten Dörfer im Departement Lot-et-Garonne. Der Ort wurde bereits in gallo-römischer Zeit besiedelt und blickt auf eine über 2000-jährige Geschichte zurück (die Venus von Mas-d'Agenais, die Stiftskirche Saint-Vincent mit ihrem Rembrandt, ihre Getreidehalle und ihr blühender Markt). Das Maison d'Hôtes Patagiles, eine ehemalige Poststation aus dem 16.
