Aurélie PECHER ist von ihrem Beruf begeistert und gibt ihre Stelle als Kellermeisterin auf, um Winzerin in Monbazillac (südlich von Bergerac) im Périgord- Dordogne zu werden.
Auf ihrem fast 11 ha großen Betrieb stellt sie mit Leidenschaft Monbazillac, roten, roséfarbenen, trockenen Bergerac und Côtes de Bergerac Moelleux her. Der Betrieb ist seit 2022 für den biologischen Landbau zertifiziert.
Auf dem Weingut werden mehrere Aktivitäten rund um den Wein und die Reben für Familien oder Gruppen angeboten. Dazu gehören die Besichtigung des Weinguts, 1 Escape Game und ein Riesen-Cluedo in den Weinbergen sowie ein Spiel für Kinder im Stil einer Schatzsuche in den Weinbergen. Sie bietet auch Picknicks inmitten der Weinberge an.
Außerdem gibt es einen Wohnmobilstellplatz und ein Haus, das in ein Ferienhaus umgewandelt wurde und 9 Personen beherbergen kann.
