In der Nähe von Mont-de-Marsan produziert Christelle Lasseignou in dem kleinen Dorf Le Frêche weiße und roséfarbene Armagnacs und Flocs de Gascogne. Der Bauernhof ist mit seinem Fachwerk und im Inneren mit seinen Terrakotta-Briketts typisch für den Bas-Armagnac. Nach einem Zwischenstopp in den 7 Hektar Weinbergen zeigt Ihnen Christelle die mit Holzfeuer beheizte Wanderdestillieranlage und den Alterungskeller, in dem die Eichenfässer aus dem eigenen Weingut aufgereiht sind.
Im gemütlichen Empfangsraum verrät sie Ihnen während der Verkostung einige glückliche Kombinationen: ein wenig Floc in einer Melone, um eine Gänseleberpastete zu begleiten, oder ein Hauch Armagnac auf einem Obstsalat oder einer Torte. Der Empfang erfolgt nach Vereinbarung. Im Laden: alte Jahrgangsarmagnacs, Floc de Gascogne weiß oder rosé und Weine aus den Côtes de Gascogne Pujo.
