Die großen Gästetische und die Gartenterrasse machen die Ferme Griffe zu einem beliebten Treffpunkt für Großfamilien und Freundeskreise.
Schöne Landes-Hühner und ein kleines Spanferkel brutzeln gemütlich in der riesigen Feuerstelle, in der auch unsere Köche kochen. In einem Bäckerofen werden Makkaroni mit Steinpilzen und geschmortes Fleisch zubereitet.
Die Küche ist mal rustikal, mal bürgerlich, aber immer mit einem Hauch von Schalk gewürzt, dem schelmischen Markenzeichen von Michel Guérard.
