Service- und Empfangsbereich dieser 1265 gegründeten Bastide.
Dieser angenehme Bereich ist Wohnmobilen vorbehalten und kostenlos von der RN124 aus zugänglich. Er liegt am Ufer des Sees, der für Spaziergänge und zum Angeln angelegt wurde
Vor Ort gibt es eine Wasser- und Entsorgungsstelle sowie Zugang zu öffentlichen Toiletten
Zu Fuß sind folgende Orte leicht zu erreichen: das Viertel Cahuzac (am Kreisverkehr: Restaurant, Tabakladen, Tankstelle und die Kapelle von Cahuzac), das städtische Schwimmbad (nur im Sommer geöffnet), das Fremdenverkehrsamt Coteaux Arrats Gimone (Dorfplan und kostenloses WLAN) und das Herz der Bastide von Gimont (die Rue Nationale hinauf: Geschäfte, Cafés, Apotheken...). Der Steg am See ist ein Ausgangspunkt für mehrere Wanderrouten (Details im Fremdenverkehrsamt).
