Das Anwesen liegt in einem Weiler mit Häusern aus Stein und Schiefer und ist ein authentischer Perigourdiner Bauernhof aus dem Jahr 1772, der vollständig mit Materialien aus der Region renoviert und von einer Innenarchitektin aus dem Périgord neu dekoriert wurde.
Das Ferienhaus besteht aus zwei Gebäuden (La Bergerie und La Mansarde) in einem gemeinsamen Garten, die etwa 20 Meter voneinander entfernt sind. Es verfügt über fünf Zimmer für zwölf Personen.
Der beheizte Privatpool ist komplett eingezäunt und mit Rollläden versehen.
