Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Ferienzentrum Les Ecaillettes und bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Es verfügt über eine Küche (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank), ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Sitzecke (Fernseher), 3 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 140 und 2 x 2 Betten 90). Es ist für Menschen mit Behinderungen zugänglich und verfügt über eine italienische Dusche, ein WC und eine zweite individuelle Dusche. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideal, um die Wanderwege und die grünen Wege entlang der Flüsse Maas und Semoy zu begehen und die umliegenden legendären Landschaften zu entdecken. Haustiere sind unter bestimmten Bedingungen erlaubt.
