Das Gästehaus Le Guéraudier liegt an der Grenze der Departements Haute-Vienne, Corrèze und Dordogne und besteht aus einem Haus aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert und einem Erweiterungsbau aus den 1940er Jahren. Gilles und Marie José haben es vor etwa zwanzig Jahren restauriert. Im Ruhestand haben sie das Gästezimmer in der Erweiterung eingerichtet. So ist der Zugang zum Zimmer völlig unabhängig. Vor Ort ein angenehmer Garten, in dem im Sommer das Frühstück serviert wird. Das Gästehaus Le Guéraudier befindet sich am Rande der D18 an der Ausfahrt von Saint Yrieix la Perche in Richtung Pompadour,
