Situata ai confini dei dipartimenti Haute-Vienne, Corrèze e Dordogne, la pensione Guéraudier è composta da una casa dei primi del Novecento e da un'estensione risalente agli anni Quaranta. Gilles e Marie José l'hanno ristrutturata circa vent'anni fa. Quando sono andati in pensione, hanno trasformato l'ampliamento in una camera per gli ospiti. Ciò significa che l'accesso alla camera da letto è completamente indipendente. C'è un piacevole giardino dove viene servita la colazione in estate. La pensione Le Guéraudier si trova ai margini della D18, appena fuori Saint Yrieix la Perche in direzione di Pompadour,
