Het gastenverblijf Guéraudier ligt op de grens van de departementen Haute-Vienne, Corrèze en Dordogne en bestaat uit een huis uit het begin van de 20e eeuw en een aanbouw uit de jaren 1940. Gilles en Marie José restaureerden het zo'n twintig jaar geleden. Toen ze met pensioen gingen, bouwden ze de aanbouw om tot gastenkamer. Hierdoor is de toegang tot de slaapkamer volledig onafhankelijk. Er is een aangename tuin waar in de zomer het ontbijt wordt geserveerd. Pension Le Guéraudier ligt aan de rand van de D18, net buiten Saint Yrieix la Perche richting Pompadour,
