Latitude 20 entstand aus der Begegnung dreier Unternehmer: Didier OUDIN (Groupe AROM, Feinkostgeschäft), Christian MESSARIS (IMOGEST Immobilier) und Régis DELTIL (PASSION VINS ? VINIMARCHÉ, Weinhandel), die sich zusammenschlossen, um die Geschäftsfläche im Erdgeschoss der Cité du Vin zu betreiben, die einen Weinkeller, eine Weinstube/Brasserie und einen Schnellimbissbereich umfasst.
Alle drei Bereiche sind sieben Tage die Woche von 10 bis 18 Uhr für den Weinkeller und die Snackbar und von 12 bis 19.30 Uhr für die Brasserie/Weinbar geöffnet. Das Latitude20 ist abends nur für Privatisierungen geöffnet. Während der schönen Tage steht auch eine sehr schöne Terrasse zur Verfügung.
