Dieses Museum ist in den Kasematten der Bastion 32 untergebracht, die während der Schlacht von Dünkirchen und der Operation Dynamo das Hauptquartier der französischen und alliierten Streitkräfte war. Das Mémorial du Souvenir erzählt die unglaubliche Geschichte dieser Schlacht und der Evakuierung von mehr als 340.000 alliierten Soldaten aus der "Poche de Dunkerque". Der Rundgang umfasst 350 laufende Meter, auf denen Karten von Militäroperationen und Fotografien ausgestellt sind. Eine umfangreiche Sammlung von Waffen, Uniformen und Modellen ist ebenfalls zu sehen.
