Délice du moment ist eine Holzhütte auf dem Place Sainte Eugénie in Biarritz. Alle unsere Produkte sind lokal und handwerklich hergestellt. Wir möchten nämlich den Reichtum des Baskenlandes hervorheben. In Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen lokalen Produzenten wollen wir zur Entwicklung der Region beitragen!
Die Eiscremes und Sorbets, die wir Ihnen anbieten, enthalten nur 20% natürliche Luft, die bei der Herstellung integriert wird. Im Vergleich dazu enthält industriell hergestelltes Speiseeis in der Regel 50% Luft. Unsere Eissorten sind daher kompakter, cremiger und geschmacksintensiver. Auch als Laie werden Sie den Unterschied leicht schmecken.
