Délice du moment is een houten hut op de Place Sainte Eugénie in Biarritz. Al onze producten zijn lokaal en ambachtelijk. Ons doel is om de rijkdom van Baskenland te benadrukken. In samenwerking met verschillende lokale producenten willen we bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de regio!
De ijsjes en sorbets die we aanbieden bevatten slechts 20% natuurlijke lucht, die tijdens het productieproces wordt toegevoegd. In vergelijking daarmee bevatten industriële ijsjes meestal 50% lucht. Onze ijsjes zijn daarom compacter, romiger en sterker van smaak. Zelfs een amateur kan het verschil gemakkelijk proeven.
In de zomer dagelijks geopend van 13:00 tot 19:00 uur
