Der ehemalige Bauernhof wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über eine Grünfläche, einen geschlossenen Hof mit Terrasse, Gartenmöbeln, Grill und Fahrradraum. Im Erdgeschoss (zugänglich für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität), ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer, 1 Zimmer (Bett 160 cm), italienische Dusche, separates WC, Speisekammer. Im Obergeschoss 1 Zimmer (2 Betten 90 cm), 1 Zimmer (1 Bett 140 cm), Duschbad, separates WC, Spielzimmer. Babybetreuung auf Anfrage. Zentralheizung mit Holzschnitzeln. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.
