Schönes Gebäude aus dem 15. Jh. mit reicher Front im Renaissancestil, einer Schaluppe und einem Treppenturm. Jahrhundert, wurde von 1860 bis 1920 zu einer Süßwarenfabrik, die der Familie von Monsieur Bourgogne gehörte, und beherbergte dann bis 1970 eine Keks- und Konditoreifabrik. Seit 1926 ist sie als historisches Denkmal eingetragen. Seit März 2012 beherbergt es das Office de Tourisme du Pays Arnay-Liernais.
