Bel édifice du XVème siècle avec sa riche devanture de style Renaissance, son échauguette et sa tour d'escalier. D'abord maison bourgeoise, puis magasin de tisserands au 18ème siècle, elle devient de 1860 à 1920, une confiserie appartenant à la famille de Monsieur Bourgogne puis elle abrite une fabrique de biscuits/pâtisserie jusqu'en 1970. Elle est inscrite aux Monuments Historiques depuis 1926. Elle accueille, depuis mars 2012, l'Office de Tourisme du Pays Arnay-Liernais.
