Een mooi 15e-eeuws gebouw met een rijke winkelpui in renaissancestijl, een wachttoren en een traptoren. Oorspronkelijk was het een burgerwoning, daarna een weverij in de 18e eeuw, van 1860 tot 1920 werd het een banketbakkerij die toebehoorde aan de familie van Monsieur Bourgogne, en daarna huisvestte het een koekjes- en banketbakkerij tot 1970. Sinds 1926 staat het op de monumentenlijst. Sinds maart 2012 is het VVV-kantoor van het Pays Arnay-Liernais er gevestigd.
