Dieses Herrenhaus wird von einem Bauernhaus, mehreren Nebengebäuden, einem Waschhaus und natürlich einem Brunnen ergänzt.
Das Haus ist von 3 Hektar Wald umgeben und überblickt das Tal der Vézère, das zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört.
Ein 200 Jahre alter Kastanienbaum dient als Sonnenschirm auf der 300 m2 großen Terrasse, auf der man essen, faulenzen, Tischtennis, Darts und Boule spielen kann.
Hier gibt es keinen Lärm, außer dem der Zikaden und Grillen; die Stille ist König!
Das Dorf Montignac-Lascaux mit seinen Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants und natürlich den berühmten Höhlen ist nur drei Kilometer entfernt. Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Castelnau, Sarlat sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt...
Eselwanderungen in 300m Entfernung, Kanufahren und Baden im Naturschwimmbad von Montignac oder im Fluss Vézère und auf den Wanderwegen werden auch die "Sportlichsten" glücklich machen.
