Die Moulin du Rat befindet sich in der Gemeinde Peyrelevade. Es handelt sich um eine siamesische Mühle, die aus zwei Mühlen bestand, die jeweils einen eigenen Wasserkanal besaßen und durch eine Steinwand voneinander getrennt waren. Die eine Mühle produzierte Mehl, die andere Hanf. Die Mühle ist heute eine Ruine, wurde jedoch konsolidiert, um den Verfall zu stoppen und die Besichtigung zu ermöglichen.
