Crêpeline ist ein Projekt von zwei Freunden aus dem Tal, deren Idee es ist, den Kunden eine Auswahl an Galettes und Crêpes mit traditionellen, überraschenden und regressiven Geschmacksrichtungen in einem gemütlichen und einladenden Rahmen anzubieten.
Die Crêperie befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Lagerhalle für Stoffe, die auf den Druck warten (Rohstoffe). Der Name "Crêpeline" bezieht sich auf einen Seidenstoff und ist eine Anspielung auf die textile Vergangenheit des Ortes Wesserling
Januar/Februar/März/April/Oktober und November, dienstags, mittwochs, freitags und samstags von 10:00 bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet, sonntags, montags und donnerstags geschlossen.
Mai/Juni/Juli/August/September und Dezember dienstags, mittwochs, freitags, samstags und sonntags von 10:00 bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet montags und donnerstags geschlossen.
Im Juli und August freitags bis 21 Uhr geöffnet.
