Crêpeline is the brainchild of 2 friends from the valley, whose idea is to offer customers a choice of galettes and crêpes with traditional, surprising and regressive flavors, in a welcoming and cosy setting.
Nestled in the former storage hall for ready-made fabrics awaiting printing (les écrus), it seemed obvious to name the crêperie "Crêpeline", which refers to a silk fabric, a nod to the textile past of the Wesserling site
January/February/March/April/October and November, open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 7pm, closed Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays.
May/June/July/August/September and December open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-7pm closed Mondays and Thursdays.
In July and August, open Fridays until 9pm.
