Chaillac liegt an der Grenze zur Charente, 5 km von Saint Junien entfernt und verfügt über einen Freizeitkomplex mit Bowling, Lasergame, Hallenfußball und einem Restaurant. Das völlig unabhängige und nicht einsehbare Ferienhaus öffnet sich auf eine Terrasse mit Blick auf ein Rasengrundstück und einen beheizten 6x4 m großen Aufstellpool, der von Juni bis Ende September geöffnet ist. Die Landstraße 86 verläuft direkt neben dem Grundstück.
