Es ist ebenerdig und wurde mit natürlichen Materialien entworfen, um die Sonneneinstrahlung zu optimieren und die Umwelt zu schonen. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der brandneue Pool (4 x 10 m) wird mit Salz behandelt. Die angenehme überdachte Terrasse bietet einen Panoramablick auf den Pool, die grüne Landschaft und sogar auf das Schloss von Puyferrat. Naturliebhaber aufgepasst: Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe von Wanderwegen (GR654 West und kleine Wanderwege).
