Der Holzdrechsler Jimmy Viennois hat eine Ausbildung als Tischler. In seinem großen Schuppen trocknen lokale Holzarten (Stechpalme, Buchsbaum, Buche...), bevor sie an seiner Drechselbank verarbeitet werden. So entstehen unter seinen geschickten Händen Schreibgeräte, Pfeifen, Messer, Lampen und Dekorationsgegenstände, von denen einige direkt aus seiner fruchtbaren Fantasie stammen. Es sind also einzigartige und sorgfältig geformte Stücke, die in seiner Werkstatt ausgestellt werden, in der er eine Boutique-Ecke eingerichtet hat. Er verwendet auch exotische Hölzer, Harz, Leder, Hirschgeweihe und Kuhhörner.
