Serge Vagné, geboren 1953, begann 2008 bei La Croisée Découverte mit dem Drechseln, wo er seine ersten Praktika absolvierte. Anschließend perfektionierte er seine Technik bei anderen Drechslern und entwickelte einen einzigartigen Stil, der sich auf die Kreation von farbenfrohen Figuren konzentriert.
Seit 2020 sind seine Kreationen durch das MOSL-Qualitätssiegel anerkannt, das ihre Authentizität und ihre lokale Verankerung belegt. Parallel zu seiner künstlerischen Tätigkeit.
Seine Stücke sind in mehreren touristischen Anlaufstellen der Region zum Verkauf erhältlich, insbesondere im Office de Tourisme du Pays de Forbach.
