Die Geschwister Mathieu und Laurence haben sich vor kurzem auf dem Familienhof niedergelassen. Sie haben sich aus Familientradition und Freude am Beruf für den Beruf des Landwirts entschieden und führen ihren Hof in biologischer Landwirtschaft. Der hölzerne Ziegenstall beherbergt eine Herde Milchziegen, die täglich Zugang zum Wald von Brukiza haben. Die Milch der Ziegen wird zu einer Reihe von frischen und gereiften Käsesorten verarbeitet (Crottins, Stämme, Fasel, Frischkäse). Außerdem stellen sie Saft und Marmelade aus Kiwis her, die auf dem Grundstück angepflanzt wurden. Besichtigung und Verkostung sind kostenlos. Sehenswert: der Ziegenstall, die Ziegen, der Verarbeitungsraum und die Reifungskeller.
