Der Henri-IV-Stil-Pavillon Nummer 9 auf dem Platz ist einer der 27 Pavillons, die zusammen den Herzoglichen Platz bilden.
Es ist einer der 4 Pavillons, die als Verbindung dienen. Diese 4 Pavillons sind schmaler, aber dieser Pavillon ist eine Ausnahme: Er ist höher als alle anderen und hat 4 Stockwerke statt 2 oder 3. Es ist der einzige Pavillon, der als Verbindung dient. Es ist der einzige Verbindungspavillon, der sein ursprüngliches Aussehen bewahrt hat, die anderen 3 haben unter den Schäden von Zeit und Krieg gelitten.
Dieser Pavillon wurde 1945 als Monument eingetragen.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Empfangs- und Seminarraum. Im Obergeschoss bietet der Pavillon Schutz und Büros.
